Thank you for choosing PRIMIS. To qualify for a business account, your business must meet the following criteria:

Business located in the United States
Appropriate licensing and official records documenting your business as legitimate. Click here for our business record requirements.

Currently, accounts cannot be established for the following types of businesses:

Money Service Businesses or Currency Exchange Houses
Gambling Establishments or Online Gambling (excluding state run lottery or local lodge or church bingo)
Weapons Manufacturers or Arms Dealers (excluding local gun and sporting goods stores)
Crypto currency dealers and any others engaged in a related business;
Marijuana Businesses; and
Businesses with Bearer Shares

For your security, the system will log you off if there is no activity for 15 minutes.

AFTER filling out the application...

Before your account can be approved, you have 30 days to provide us with a few required documents. When you open a new account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

The Electronic Disclosure and Consent contains important information that you are entitled to receive before you consent to transact business with us and receive communications from us electronically. Please read this notice carefully and print or download a copy for your files.
